Winter Meets Spring

It’s been a hectic month at work, the weather is between winter and spring and I’m more than ready for the next few days in LA. A mini vacation is very much needed right now but before I go it’s only right I post a little something to bring in the spring. It’s still cold here in New York but this handmade purse my girl Janki brought me from India can brighten up a winter look so effortlessly. Even though I’m tired of wearing coats at this point, I realized how much I love that this outfit resembles the working woman in the city. Fully dressed for a day at the office but rocking her sneakers on her way to and from work because keeping up in heels can be a hassle. Living here in Manhattan means a lot of black, you really do just gravitate towards it, but recently navy blue has become one of my favorites. I can still get my dark hues fix just not as harsh and much easier to pair with lighter ones. Everyone wins. Now if only spring and summer would arrive already, I have so many outfit ideas. In the meantime I’ll just test try them in Los Angeles, I can’t wait any longer!

Coat: Thrifted (similar), Turtleneck: Macys, Skirt: Thrifted, Sneakers: Nike Air Max Thea Premium, Purse: Handmade in India

With Love and Style,
